This property advises that enhanced cleaning and guest safety measures are currently in place. Disinfectant is used to clean the property. Social distancing measures are in place and guests are provided with hand sanitizer. This property affirms that it follows the cleaning and disinfection practices of Commitment to Clean.

• Unfortunately, the Business Center is currently Closed. 
• Please note that a deposit of $300 is required upon check-in. This deposit is refunded at check-out, provided no damage or outstanding charges are incurred during your stay.
•  Please note that a surcharge fee of 5% of the room rate will be applied to all reservations. 
• The front desk will be closed on Sunday at 11 PM through the following Monday at 9 AM.
• No pets are allowed on this property except Service Animals of Disability with the certification. *Emotional support animals are also allowed with a fee.

• An adult age 18 or older must assume all liability for the booking. 
• Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit  card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
• Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed
• Please note that a surcharge fee of 5% of the room rate will be applied to all reservations. 

Fees

• Self-parking fee: USD 10.00 per night (in/out privileges)
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Rollaway bed fee: USD 50.00 per night
• Baby Crib fee: USD 50.00 per night
• Pet Fee: For emotional support animals, $70 per Stay; No charge for Service animals of Disability with the certification/ID; If pets are found without our recognition, a penalty fee ($200) will be charged to your account.
